Simply submit at least one referral to us who you think could benefit from our services. If your referral meets our qualifications, then we will reach out to schedule their first appointment. Once they come in and complete their first appointment, you’re in! Your membership will continue for the rest of the year.
Tip: To receive lifetime membership, send us at least five referrals within the same calendar year who then complete their first appointment!
